Sembcorp Utilities UK, Wilton Island, vier Zusatzdampfkessel mit Entgaser und fünf Speisewasserpumpen einschließlich aller Hilfsanlagen, wie Kompressor, Lufttrockner, Dosier-, Mess- und Analysesysteme. Powerspex wurde ebenfalls mit der Automatisierung, dem elektrotechnischen als auch dem steuerungstechnischen Bereich, beauftragt.

 

Der Auftrag

Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der gesamten Kesselinsel, worunter:

  • Engineering Erdungsplan der Kesselinsel;
  • Beleuchtungsplan, Lieferung und Montage;
  • Engineering, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der gesamten Instrumentierung und Steuerventile;
  • Engineering, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme MCC (2x 1000KVA);
  • Engineering, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme 5x BMS und 1x Aux;
  • Engineering, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme UPS-System;
  • Engineering, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme Gas- und Flammendetektion;
  • Engineering, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme Beleuchtung;
  • Engineering, Lieferung, Montage der Instrument- und Versorgungskabel

Sembcorp Utilities UK, Wilton Island, for four auxiliary steam boilers with a degasifier and five feed water pumps, including all auxiliary equipment, such as a compressor, air dryers, dosing sampling and analyser systems for which Powerspex carried out the automation of both the electro-technical and the control technical components.

 

The assignment

Supplying, installing and commissioning the entire boiler island including:

  • engineering the earthing plan for the boiler island;
  • engineering, supplying and installing the lighting plan;
  • engineering, installing and commissioning all instrumentation and control valves;
  • engineering, supplying, installing and commissioning MCCs (2x 1000KVA);
  • engineering, supplying, installing and commissioning 5x BMSs and 1x Aux;
  • engineering, supplying, installing and commissioning the UPS system;
  • engineering, supplying, installing and commissioning the gas and flame detection system;
  • engineering, supplying, installing and commissioning the lighting system;
  • engineering, supplying and installing the instrument and power cables.

  • engineering, levering, montage instrument- en voedingskabels.
